What gets me the most is that a woman cannot be both smart and beautiful. And I use the word beautiful in its most natural sense, not as in plastic, emaciated and uniform.
I also believe that the media grossly underestimate the responsibility they have when creating a stereotype of women (or men). There is more to diversity than the difference between pale and tan.
