I watched the author, Ms. Chimamanda Adichi speak on TED and her words were too good not to share. After you watch this clip, fess up and tell me how it made you feel.

Very inspiring. Probably I’ll post it also on my blog (Indonesian unfortunately).

I recently read two of this woman’s books and they were absolutely fantastic. A writer who took me into her story so that as I read I felt like I was living it too. And I learnt Igbo words and about the Nigerian Biafran war and that I shouldn’t leave books unread on my book shelf for so long ….. and it was so funny yet tragic …. wickedly brilliant! If you haven’t read them do …. “Purple Hibiscus” and “Half of A Yellow Sun”
Steady Cat … How are you these days? I look forward to your first novel next year!
